The office complex of Rossiya Airlines is located on the Mezhdunarodnoye Highway within walking distance of Sheremetyevo Airport and the Aeroexpress stop.

When developing the volumetric-spatial composition, the factor of perception of the building when moving along adjacent highways and highways was taken into account, as well as the desire to see in the figurative solution a vector for further integrated development of the adjacent territory of Sheremetyevo airport.
The urban planning significance of the design site influenced the appearance of the building, so that the facade of the office center could be perceived from any angle.
One of the challenges faced by the team of architects was the efficient use of a complex site with numerous constraints formed by both the nearby surrounding buildings and urban planning regulations.
The building is intended to accommodate the employees of Rossiya Airlines, cafes and premises of the investor's property.
In April 2021, by the decision of an independent jury, Sheremetyevo Business Center became the Winner of the prestigious CRE MOSCOW AWARDS 2021 in the nomination: Best Business Center Class B , which became a kind of milestone in the history of development and strengthening of the business reputation of TERRA GROUP.
