A few days ago, we started the construction of an individual project in the Moscow region – "Costa Istra".
On an area of 30 thousand square meters, on the shore of the Istra reservoir, 12 houses in modern architecture with large open terraces and one administration building will be located.
Historically, the southern part of the Istra reservoir, according to its geographical and climatic parameters, is the most favorable recreation area in the Moscow region. Therefore, the entire architectural concept of the project is aimed at the synergy of your family with nature and the water element in order to comfortably communicate with neighbors inside the village.
The territory will have access to its own private, landscaped coastline covered with sand with a gentle entrance to the water and a pier for mooring jet skis, boats, saps, as well as fishing and outdoor activities.
All work is scheduled to be completed by the end of next year.
