On April 22, the final award ceremony of the annual CRE Moscow Awards took place in Moscow at the MIR banquet hall. In the nomination "Office real estate. Class B Business Center" the winner was Terra Group with the project:
"Sheremetyevo International Business Complex".
To begin with, a little history. Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Awards is an annual professional award in the field of commercial real estate. It was established in 2003 on the initiative of the industry business community and has long established itself as the most important and prestigious event of the commercial real estate industry in Russia. The award ceremony and gala dinner honoring the Award winners are one of the most anticipated events in the Russian commercial real estate industry. This is both a summing up of the work for the previous year and a social event at the same time.
More than 600 guests - leaders of the commercial real estate market: owners and top managers of development, consulting, investment companies, banks, management companies, architectural and engineering bureaus, heads of the largest Russian and international retail chains and brands - are present at the award ceremony. Every year, the Golden Brick, the main prize of the Award, is awarded to the best shopping and office centers, warehouses and hotels, IFC, consultants and management companies, developers and participants of the most significant transactions in the commercial real estate market.
To receive the Golden Brick of the CRE Moscow Awards for a company means the same thing as for a person to receive the Golden Star of a Hero. This is a lifelong Sign of Quality, which should be proud of and which can and should be demonstrated. It was all the more pleasant for Terra Group to become the owner of this prestigious award. "To stand today is to win tomorrow!" was the motto of the CRE Moscow Awards this year, and this motto was truly suffered by the participants of the commercial real estate market. And the Award itself has already become the 18th in a row.
In the category "Class B Business Center" Terra Group presented the Sheremetyevo International Business Complex (MDK), which was designed on its own, and then built turnkey under the anchor tenant Airline Rossiya in a record 9 months and commissioned in 2019. The other two finalists in this nomination were the business center "Anchor" and the business center "Park of Legends" II stage. The decisions of the professional jury, which were preceded by the presentations of all companies with their projects, were announced only at the award ceremony.
Terra Group became the winner of the CRE Moscow Awards, taking first place in its nomination. However, we would like to paraphrase the slogan of the Award: "Having stood up yesterday, we won today!"
