In 2023, TERRA GROUP started developing a project for the construction of a yacht port in Kaliningrad.
The project concept provides for the creation of all necessary infrastructure for a modern yacht marina and the arrangement of parking lots for yachts of various sizes.
There are also separate locations for megayachts that use the marina on a short-term basis. Separate berths are equipped for small yachts up to 25 m long and seasonal or temporary parking for a wide variety of vessels, including parking for jet skis and a tug on duty.
