The Country Park III business center is part of the multifunctional complex of the same name.

The facade of the Country Park III business center, made with the use of innovative heat-saving technologies, resembles a huge ship with raised sails. Through panoramic windows, light enters the farthest corners, providing optimal natural lighting for the premises of the business center, which has a free layout.

Country Park III is one of the rare projects that offered tenants not just “walls”, but a way of business life. The building, which was one of the first in Russia to use BIM technologies, was designed by the vice-president of the Union of Moscow Architects, Viktor Logvinov, and was highly praised by professionals.

In 2014, the Country Park III business center won the annual CRE Moscow Awards in the Multifunctional Centers nomination.
