The purpose of the project was:

Development of an architectural and urban planning concept for the development of the territory of the Riga cargo yard in Moscow.

Reduction of non-production costs of Russian Railways, caused by communication losses due to the territorial disunity of structural divisions, as well as the cost of maintaining many old and worn out buildings.

Raising the level of staff work by improving the aesthetics of the workspace, involving sports and recreation in the corporate environment.

Improving the efficiency and coordination of the work of services and departments of Russian Railways by building the most convenient communication environment with the formation of a high level of responsibility and attitude to work by creating a high-quality workspace, landscaped area, sports and recreation areas that meet the criteria of high-level aesthetics and traditions Russian Railways JSC.

Forecasting revenue from a reduction in fixed costs for the lease and sale of buildings, facilities and structures owned by Russian Railways (with an analysis of their projected market value for the 3rd quarter of 2018), which will be released after the transfer of employees to the unified office and administrative complex.
