An 11-storey building, which in the plan resembles an "unfolded book" with a smooth, arched facade, turned towards the Mezhdunarodnoye Highway, into which the adjacent 3-storey public office building smoothly "flows".
Compositionally, both parts are united by a single architectural technique using facade "tapes" of vertical metal plate structures. Ribbons wrap around the glass surfaces of buildings, creating a complex dynamic pattern from more shaded and transparent areas.
