A new format for organizing living space, focused on creating a comfortable living both inside the house and in the adjacent territory.
The residential complex "Right Bank - 1" is an innovative project of low-rise residential buildings in the urban area with studio apartments ranging from 26 sq. m. The houses were created according to an individual project and erected using the technology of monolithic construction. The facades of the houses are made in a modern European style with small French balconies, which provide for the placement of an air conditioning unit, which allows you to keep them in their original form and avoid disturbing the overall aesthetics of the external appearance of the complex.
The unique green park zone of the "Right Bank - 1" complex is 43% of the area of the entire residential complex. RC "Right Bank - 1" covers a plot of 3 hectares, the immediate building area is 0.6 hectares. The free from building area is landscaped for a walking and park recreation area next to the bank of the canal named after Moscow for the residents of the complex.
On the territory of the complex there are 20 three-storey residential buildings, an open multi-level parking and two open parking lots. The total number of parking spaces in the complex is 175. The total living area is 9,000 sq. M. m, the number of apartments - 298. Along with apartments, residents of the complex use individual closed utility rooms ("lockers") with an area of 2.5 to 4 square meters. m.
