Theatrical Novel Award

Terra Group is a partner of the Theatrical Novel Award, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Terra Group, Sergey Tarasov, has been on its Board of Trustees since 2017.
The annual Russian prize in the field of literature about the theater "Theatrical Novel" was established by the A.A. Bakhrushin State Theater Museum in 2014, and since July 2021 it has been held by the Non-profit Partnership "East-West Cultural Initiative" together with the editorial board of the Stage magazine.

This is the only award in Russia, which is designed to support authors writing about the theater. There are no analogues of the Theatrical Novel Award either in Russia or abroad.
The prize is awarded annually. Research, pedagogical, critical and memoir publications devoted to theatrical art can be nominated for the award. There are no restrictions for authors of works by age, citizenship, place of residence and place of publication of books.
The number of award-seeking authors is growing every year, and the geography of this project is steadily expanding. In December 2021, the Theatrical Novel Award was held in Russia for the eighth time and was held in Moscow at the Metropol Hotel.

The expert council of the award includes well-known theater critics and critics: Marina Timasheva, Marina Tokareva, Elena Dunaeva, Olga Egoshina, Nikolai Pesochinsky, Dmitry Rodionov.
