A team of like–minded people, who subsequently formed the Terra Group team (GC Territory), at the very beginning of their development activities, put the main task at the forefront – not just to design and build individual houses and buildings, but to solve all these issues in a complex, mainly to constantly work on how, under the influence of development activities, they will the territory will be transformed for the better, the environment will change, and therefore, subsequently, the people living there
The main motto of Terra Group throughout all the years of its existence is the following statement: "Invent, design, build, create – as for yourself!" And these are not empty words. Development activity includes a lot of aspects and nuances. But in the end, the result of this activity is the transformation of territories, land plots, hundreds and hundreds of hectares of the earth's surface. But it is the environment in which a person lives that ultimately determines his consciousness. Thus, by forming the environment, we form a person, his self-consciousness.
The range of projects that Terra Group undertook and brought to an end is very wide. These are large-scale residential complexes in the Moscow region, and individual residential buildings, and cottage settlements, as well as innovative projects for Russian Railways and business centers, a whole hotel cluster at Sheremetyevo airport, restaurants and even a yacht club. But we never scattered and did not try to embrace the immensity, but methodically moved – from simple to complex, from project to project, from idea to implementation, turning once, even somewhere and unexpectedly for ourselves, into an exclusive Boutique Developer.
For 18 years of its existence, Terra Group has never deviated from this basic principle – Do as yourself, as for yourself! And also – scrupulous attention to every detail of the development process. Unconditional attention to people. For more than 15 years we have been called the "Territory Group of Companies". Putting their own symbols and meanings into the word "Territory", which are only understandable to us. In the early 2000s, the word "Territory" as the name of a development company sounded somewhat unusual, then progressive, then modern. But having come of age, it began to seem to us that the word "Territory" no longer fully accommodates everything that we would like to convey to our partners and customers. So the question arose about changing the name, about rebranding. But it would be wrong to radically change the name of the company. Rather, it was about the fact that the name should evolve – following the company, which over these 18 years has become completely different from what it was at the beginning.
So there was both a solution and a new name –
TERRA GROUP
What is TERRA? Translated from Latin – Earth. But does this word need a translation? Of course not. At least a good half of the world's population understands what TERRA is. This short and succinct word has become for us the quintessence of all our activities on Earth over the past decades.
TERRA is like our foremother and at the same time – as the subject of application of our professional searches. TERRA is a sign of the quality of our projects, both implemented and future. TERRA is like a multidimensional space that accommodates the absolute majority of contexts and meanings, and not only in the context of development activities. And at the same time, TERRA is always a bit Nova and partly Incognita, always calling to new heights, not allowing you to calm down and rest on your laurels, always stimulating new achievements and new victories.
That's why from February 01, 2022 we are called TERRA GROUP and we really hope that it is under this name that our descendants will remember us.
